And I can not lie.
Go ahead, rap out the rest of that jam in your head. You know you want to.
Actually. If I’m honest, I like all vests!
I was so excited when those bad boys started showing up in stores again.
They do a marvelous job of allowing me to maintain my fall style while also hiding all of the bits of myself that I am unhappy with.
Don’t want my pack of hot dogs back showing? Throw on a vest.
Don’t want my muffin top pulsating over my pants? Throw on a vest.
Don’t want to have to spend all day with my belly sucked into my spine? Holler if you hear me… THROW ON A VEST!
It covers the icky bits while also expertly enhancing your outfit with trend and style.
And the fur ones are so hot right now.
I got this dress last fall season from Target and have only worn it once. Then, when I was fresh off of Medifast and a stylish 12lb weight loss it was everything…
Sadly, them days? They’re over.
I have put on all of the lbs I lost plus some and my belly flab game is the only thing that is everything right now (meaning, it appears that I have put every thing edible inside of my belly where it has turned immediately into fat). Unfortunately that means that rocking this dress isn’t gonna happen without people side eyeing me for drinking while pregnant (which I am not, but when my belly gets in this dress, you can’t even blame people for thinking so).
Fur vest came on the scene and boom, dress is back in the rotation…
For date nights and other fancy-outfit-needing occasions.
I snagged it at Target too ($34).
The awesome thing about the vest though is that it’s perfect for daily mom style excursions too…
Leggings + boots + blouse (from my latest Stitch Fix!) + fur vest = winning!
No, you don’t need a fur vest in your fall wardrobe, but you know, it’s not like you can say you don’t want one!
